Ruth Ayiyi
HR Manager
Ruth Ayiyi, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with over 15 years of experience in patient care, now serves as an HR Manager. Her extensive background in healthcare and management equips her with a unique perspective on fostering professional growth, team collaboration, and compassionate leadership. Ruth holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Pensacola Christian College.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ruth is passionate about reading and dedicating her time to engaging with her children and family.
Dana Hohl
Program Director
Husband, Father, Business Owner
– I grew up in the Merrill Park neighborhood of Milwaukee’s North Side. Currently, I live in Arizona with my wife and two sons. I have the pleasure of being the program director here at Called to Care. I also have operated a consulting and training agency for the past eight years for those serving the ID/DD population. Growing up I played soccer the majority of my childhood and teenage years. I was active on the pitch from 1983 – 1997. My playing experience includes club and high school state championships as well as ODP competition. The experience of soccer afforded me to travel the United States, attend one of the best high schools in the Wisconsin, and earn a D1 level college scholarship. Soccer was my eye opener, my release, my teacher, my opportunity maker. One of my goals and passions has always been to support others in preparing for and grasping their opportunity.

I was born in East Los Angeles, California on January 9th, raised in AZ since I was 8 years old. I am a single mom to a 17 year old son. I like to listen to music, & watch Netflix. I am a nurturer, I am a caring person sometimes too much.
– I love to bake, and i love coffee Black Rock, Dunkin Donuts & Dutch Bros. America runs on Dunkin’ but in my case I run on Dinkin’. I love to learn new things, love to help wherever I can help or needed,

Hi, my name is Laydia Perez. I go by Dia. I am the house manager for house 10.
I’ve been in this field for over 12 years now. I also am a mother of 4. 1 who is 23 years old and is autistic. This has been my passion because of him I love to take vacations be with my family and my interest when I have downtime is cooking.

Dunmade is dedicated to fostering psychological well-being. She has a strong background in conducting patient assessments and developing tailored behavior plans. Currently at Called to Care, Dunmade plays a key role in developing and implementing personalized behavioral support strategies, collaborating with healthcare teams, and helping create a supportive environment for those in need. Her focus is on promoting mental wellness and providing compassionate care to every individual she works with.

Dunmade is passionate about personal development, understanding human behavior, and building meaningful connections. She is keen on exploring innovative approaches in mental health care and advocating for mental wellness. Outside of work, she enjoys music, finding it to be a powerful tool for emotional expression and relaxation. Her interests also include creating supportive environments where individuals can thrive emotionally and mentally.
Elizabeth “Lisa” Morris
Director of Nursing
Born in Illinois, Raised in Louisville then moved back to Chicago, Illinois where my husband and I raised our family of 3 children and 6 grandkids and resided until 2019 before my husband and I moved to Arizona . I’ve been a nurse caring for those with Developmental Disabilities since 1997. In my spare time I like to relax at Home with my 2 Golden retrievers Harley and Simba or take a trip off road in my Jeep.

Medical Group Home Manager
I have been with Called To Care for 3 years . I started as a caregiver and became a manager shortly after. I have lived in Arizona for 4 years after moving here form Portland Oregon. In my free time i like to be with family members either relaxing at home or entertaining my 3 year old niece. I also like to work out in my free time.
